
Keith A. Marnholtz

Keith A. Marnholtz is an associate at Dady & Gardner, P.A., focusing his practice on the representation of dealers, distributors, and franchisees throughout the United States. Keith received his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota. After attending graduate school for Human Performance at San Jose State University and a career in sports medicine, Keith attended law school and graduated magna cum laude from the Hamline University School of Law. During law school, Keith was a Constance L. Bakken Fellow and a Dean’s Judicial Fellow, clerking for the Honorable John R. McBride of Minnesota’s Tenth Judicial District between his first and second years. Additionally, during law school, Keith was an Associate Editor of the Hamline Journal of Public Law & Policy, a member of the 2009-2010 Giles Sutherland Rich Intellectual Property Moot Court team, a two time CALI Award winner, and named to the Dean’s Honor Roll each semester. Also, during his second year of law school, Keith taught Legal Research to first year students as part of Hamline’s Legal Research and Writing Program. Keith is admitted to practice before the Minnesota Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
