Mary Kellerman DesCombaz

Mary Kellerman DesCombaz is an associate at Dady & Gardner. Mary graduated cum laude from Hamline University School of Law in 2008. While at Hamline, Mary served on the Hamline Law Review as an Associate during her second year, and as a member of the Board of Editors as Notes and Comments Editor during her third year. Her student case note, Citizens for Equal Protection v. Bruning: Why the Eighth Circuit Wrongly Upheld Nebraska's § 29 In the Face of an Equal Protection Clause Challenge, was selected for publication in the Law Review's Spring 2007 edition. She received CALI awards in Legal Writing and Constitutional Law courses, and was named to the Dean's Honor Roll. Mary graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.A. in History in May 2003. As an associate with Dady & Gardner, Mary co-authored the article When Will Courts Issue Preliminary Injunctions to Enforce Restrictive Covenants in Franchise Agreements?, which was published in the Winter 2009 edition of the ABA's Franchise Law Journal. In her spare time, Mary enjoys Jayhawks basketball, knitting, and walking her greyhound, Mouse.
