Whitney R. Cohen
Whitney is an associate at Dady & Gardner, P.A., and focuses her practice on representing franchisees, distributors and dealers in diputes with their franchisors and suppliers. Whitney graduated with distinction in 2008 fom the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and is a 2011 magna cum laude graduate from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. During law school, Whitney received the Deans Award for earning the highest grade in both her Business Associations and Negotiations classes. Whitney is admitted to practice before the Minnesota Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
