Biography
Malcolm C. Deisz is an associate attorney at Dady & Gardner, P.A., where he works to support the rights and interests of franchisees, dealers, and distributors nationwide. Malcolm provides thoughtful legal counsel and representation to help clients address the unique challenges of franchise and dealership relationships, allowing them to achieve their business goals.
Admitted to practice law in Minnesota, Malcolm applies his knowledge of franchise law and dispute resolution to develop practical solutions tailored to his client's needs. Whether handling litigation or offering guidance on compliance and negotiation matters, Malcolm is committed to delivering effective and reliable support.
Malcolm earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in May 2024. He is also an alum of the University of Minnesota, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s in Sociology of Law, Criminology, and Deviance.
In addition to his legal work, Malcolm is a published author. He’s an active contributor to the Mergers and Acquisitions Section of Business Law Today, an ABA Business Law publication, with pieces on a variety of topics and industry events.
Malcolm is fluent in Italian which enhances his ability to serve a diverse range of clients.
Outside the office, Malcolm enjoys hiking, traveling, trying new restaurants, and rock climbing.
